Author's Note: This is based on a theory that I have (that is probably dead wrong) that I mentioned to [info]halfdutch. There's a lot of Juliet in this, so I don't know if she'll read it, but...it's one of those stories that I wrote to try to help me deal with/work through certain things in canon that I don't like.
